Conceptualize, plan, design, and produce a wide range of specialized graphic and/or
illustrative material, including multimedia concepts.
Creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
Ownership of the company’s corporate identity manual.
Spearheaded all design-related work in relation to branding, social media, and creative
content.
Collaborate with marketing teammates to support our content marketing (blog, social media
assets, website banners, infographics, video graphics, and more).
Designs website marketing landing pages and email flyers, interactive media, and multimedia
projects.
Design social media posts and attractive content.
Design assets and artwork for digital campaigns driven by performance marketing.
Design templates for letterheads, reports, presentations, and emails.
Development of booklets, brochures, posters, etc.
Develop digital storyboards and animation as demanded.
Manage other design needs such as signage and trade show collateral as needed.
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and
activities.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years of related professional experience in a production environment
Degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, or related field, or demonstrated
success in relevant professional fields
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop),
Final Cut, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and G Suite
Experience in Graphic Design and motion graphics is a must, professional with best practices
for graphics, video content, and motion graphics
English is a must
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
Personal Characteristics:
Must have great creative energy and a positive attitude
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Superior organizational, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
