Job Description

  • Perform essential front desk administrative duties.
  • Oversee all receptionist and secretarial duties at our front desk.
  • Greeting parents.
  • Answering and redirecting phone calls to the appropriate department and taking down messages.
  • Provide parents with outstanding customer service and support.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies.
  • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
  • Monitor, organize and forward emails.
  • Track and order office equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain records and files.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a School is a plus.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
  • Ability to work periodic evenings and occasional weekends as necessary.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent use of the office.
  • Strong collaborator within a team environment.
  • Must be able to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Organized, experienced and responsible.
  • Presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills

Technology Qualifications:

  • Good computer skills in word processing, and proofreading.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Experience working in a Google environment preferred.
