Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description

We are looking for a receptionist to join our team at our hotel located in Downtown Cairo.

- You will be in charge of processing guests' check-ins and check-outs
- Answer any inquiries from our guests
- You will have the chance to sell tours to guests and gain commission for it.
- You will learn about the tourism industry

Job Requirements

- Available to work from 4pm until midnight or Midnight until 8am
- Able to speak English fluently and good level of written English language
- BSc in Tourism, Hospitality, Management, Commerce or studies alike
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proactive attitude and honest
- Customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft office
