About the Job
- Preparing and reviewing working shop drawings for projects & its facilities whenever needed.
- Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed architecture and interior design drawings renderings.
- Prepare the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.). • Study and reply for requests information for all missing, unclear conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction. •Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise and coordinate with all departments & other trades consultant.
- Quantity surveying.
- Costing & cost analysis.
- Cutting lists. bill of material
Job Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible to travel for Site visits and missions
- BSC of civil or architecture Engineering from a reputable university preferably (ASU - Cairo University- GÜC - MTI - BUE)
- Civil Engineers Graduation project preferably
- Architecture Engineers Graduation Project preferably
