- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
- Make sure sales collaterals (Brochures, printed items…) are available
- Make sure all office supplies are available.
- Distribute sales leads to the sales team on CRM.
- Follow Up on leads status on CRM.
- Writing contracts for the sales team.
- Keep up with the booking status of the customers.
- Document team site previews.
