We are currently hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, reporting to Finance director, so you will provide overall financial support and work closely with the business. Units heads to help formulate and refine the strategy and financial projections for the whole business.
Main Responsibilities of a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager:
- Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.
- Analyzing actuals against budget/ forecast and prior year.
- Support decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance.
- Leading and delivering on Digital Finance transformation by identifying areas for technology adoption and streamlining.
- Performing adhoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making.
- Building financial models and influencing the decision-making process of business and operations teams.
- Reporting to investors on quarterly basis.
- Managing, building and developing financial planning and analysis team
- Analyzing valuation and returns.
- Maintaining abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive organic and inorganic growth to the business.
Requirements
- BSc in Accounting, finance or similar major.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Strong experience working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve the organization s financial performance.
- Excellent analytical skills as well as a strong business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
