Financial Analyst - Part time

About the Job

• Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances;
• Summarizing data, information, and trends
• Assembling data for state quarterly and annual statements
• Prepares special reports by studying variances; preparing budgets; developing forecasts
• Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
• Analysis of General Ledger balances
• Analysis of Actual vs plan and last year
• Financial statements analysis
• Preparation of the budget
• Preparation of various reports as required
• Preparing journal entries for provisions and accruals
• Coordinate with external auditors year end closing
• Other duties as assigned
