Finance Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Leading the Business Partners through all planning cycles (budget, forecast, and strategic plan)
• Provide monthly financial reports to the Business Partners, including detailed analysis of variances to budget and forecast for headcount and external expenses
• Analyze actual reporting and communicate effectively within the business and finance teams on drivers of major deviations
• Manage all aspects of the financial close activities, including booking month-end journal entries, and performing account
• Approval of financial activities, including purchase requisitions
• Approve any products' promotions or offers suggested by any team
• Implement processes to produce the analysis on regular basis, keep the audience informed about business performance by sending signals in a timely manner
• Ability to make strategic business decision
• Lead, train, and coach finance team to enhance their performance
• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational, bank loans, and capital investment requirements
• Maintain and enhance the cash flow model to ensure that the company projected short term and long term cash positions are accurately estimated
• Oversee internal control functions
• Undertaking research into pricing, competitors, and factors affecting performance
• Setting prices for all newly launched products
• Cost analysis and optimization as well as automating business operations

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum 5 years in the role of Finance Manager
• Experience using Quick books system
• Excellent English is a must
• Experience in dealing with banks to provide funds is a must
• Banking experience is a plus
• Effective Cash Flow Management
• MBA in finance is a plus
• CMA certified is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic culture with experience in driving improvements, defining processes and guiding business partners
• Very Strong Leadership skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills and demonstrated success building partnership across the organization
• Independent self-starter, with a strong sense of ownership of driving for results
• Strong attention to detail and data quality
• Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
