Deliver on the quality of facility management on location level.
Outsource and onboard service providers for Facility Management contracts
Order and manage all Facility Management services (maintenance, security, cleaning, waste management etc)
Manage Facility repairs and refurbishments where necessary incl. stakeholders coordination and approvals
Manage and audit quality of facility management services
Manage space demands from internal and external clients
Procurement of facility related services including real estate supporting services, technical equipment, utilities, installations, repairs and refurbishments
Assure all legal documents, audits and data requirements, etc. are fulfilled
Budget preparation and planning, budget and spend control and reporting
Check, control and approve invoice payment for facility specific contracts / services
Liaise and works with internal stakeholders and various departments e.g. Procurement, Logistics, Human Resources, Legal etc.
Liaise with external stakeholders for all facility related matters
Manage data quality of sites by regular entry and update of facility related info
Manage site representatives and facility officers in the country where applicable
Reports to the country Real Estate Officer and the Regional Real Estate Manager
Job Requirements
Proven record of education related to the field (BSc. or MSc.)
Experienced Facility Manager with proven track record in FM, ideally in a medium to large scale organization
Experience in managing interfaces with internal colleagues and customers
Proactive behavior with a strong stakeholder focus and the ability to establish relationships
Strong team-oriented personality
High self-discipline
Appropriate, transparent and effective communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving skills, structured working approach, focus on the right level in details as well as result-orientation
