About the Job
Will be managing all facilities, security, housekeeping, maintenance and services
- EstablishesFull Facilities management plans (Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security,) and track the corrective action.
- Carry outinspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues, check electrical and mechanical systems for the buildings to ensure functionality.
- Allocateworkload for the Supervisors.
- Managerelationships with contractors and service providers.
- Obtainand follow up of the maintenance logs updated and prepare the daily activity reports.
- Developand execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.
- Managethe procurement and contract processes, direct the work with consultants and contractors.
- Coordinate with and supportcustomer service departmentto prevent and solve any complaints
- PlanSecurity programs, protocols & procedures to safeguard facilities assets, employees, guests, or others on the property.
- Supervisethe activities of the security and cleaning team to maintain a clean and secure environment and directing the Plants security functions, including physical security and safety of employees, facilities, and assets.
- Ensure thatall security devices and products in good working condition and recommend any new security tools or technology.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with intensive experience in management & working with teams.
- Experience not less than 10 years
- Knowledge of English and computer skills is needed.
- Ability to lead teams and upgrade performance.
- Management of various operational units.
- Customer and client management skills.
- With good communication skills, problem-solving, and leadership.
