Job Description
- Responsible for developing policies for the operation of main kitchens and sub-kitchens in restaurants and quality control
- Raising the efficiency of the main kitchen to facilitate the work of sub-kitchens
- Responsible for all technical workers in terms of distributing work tasks to them, rotating them, training them, and solving their problems
- Develop the menu every once in a while and study what needs to be added and what needs to be deleted
- Discuss the cost reports of each branch individually monthly with the senior management and accounting departments concerned.
- A monthly report on branches to show strengths, weaknesses and ways of improving.
- Follow up with daily customer service and respond to customer notes.
- Supervising and directing the work of district managers.
- Monthly technical employment disclosures for vacations, overtime and discounts ... Etc. and submit them to administrative affairs and accounts
