Estimation And Tendering Manager (Specific In High End Finishes)

JobDescription

• Studying project tender documents, specifications, drawings, and BOQs.
• Preparing technical & commercial offers according to company standards.
• Identifies & pricing equipment, material & labor costs need for the project.
• Evaluating supplier's offers and checking compliance with tender requirements & best prices.
• Contacting & following up with suppliers to ensure offers are received on time.
• Preparing complete technical submittal for the project.
• Provide guidance, analysis & management of the tendering process from preparation of tender documentation right through to contract award.
• Development of the business case for each project, ensuring target profit rates is maintained.
• Prepare “Request for Quotation” (RFQ) documents, analyze and compare responses from suppliers/vendors of all prices, delivery dates, terms, and conditions.
• Provide timely reporting, forecasting, and recommendations to senior management.

Job Requirements

• Educational Required: B.Sc. In Architecture or civil.
• Experience: from 05 to 10 Years Preferred specialist in finishes residential villas
• Computer Skills:Preferred Good (Microsoft office package & AutoCAD & Primavera skills are essential).
• Preferred to own a car andplace of residence near New Cairo.
• Good technical background. (Preferred Specific in high End finishes residential villas)
• Must have analytical and negotiation skills.
• Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
