Engineering & Maintenance Manager

About the Job

• Design functional electrical systems through the development and testing of components.
• Planning scheduled maintenance.
• Supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, and systems.
• Inspect and observe facilities to confirm the efficacy, functionality and quality of electrical systems, components, and products to identify and respond to problems immediately to prevent unexpected failures.
• Preparing the yearly preventive maintenance plan and issue the monthly maintenance plan by the coordination with related departments.
• Coordinate with procurement and purchasing department to get the required spare parts.
• Following the installation works for the (Generators, boilers , etc..)
• Set up and implement a total set of maintenance department documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety principals and legislations.

Job Requirements

• Males only.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar field.
• Excellent command of English.
• Alexandria and El Beheira residency only.
• Previous work experience in electrical engineering.
• Managerial level for at least 7 years.
• Thorough electrical and maintenance knowledge.
• Experience in planning maintenance operations.
• PMP certificate is highly preferred.
• Project management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Problem solving skills and leadership skills.
