Electrical Tendering Engineer

Job Description

Duty 1: Prospecting

• Conduct prospecting for tenders in alignment with the sales targets
• Request different documents or other facilitation as per the prospect needs
• Collect data about different decision makers regarding different projects
• Negotiate with decision makers and acquire information that will assist in the proposal building process

Duty 3: Proposal Building

• Acquire and prepare the project specs
• Coordinate with the technical office to provide project specs
• Attend the proposal building meeting with the Finance, Technical Office and Technical office along with the sales manager
• Assist in the proposal finalizing process
• Communicate the awarded projects to the technical office and ensure the right initiation of the project
• Try to understand the lost projects through root cause analysis and escalating to the sales manager
• Present the reasons (technically or financially) to the stakeholders

Duty 4: After Sales Management

• Maintain a communization channel with customers to keep receiving feedback regarding the project execution
• Escalate any issues with the projects received from the customers to the sales manager
• Follow up the maintenance status and initiate sales contracts if needed

Job Requirements

Education & Certifications

• BSc degree in Engineering, Electrical majored
• HubSpot Inbound Sales Certification

Experience

• 6 to 10 years’ experience in the field

• C1 in English Language
