Electrical Site Engineer

Job Description

Main Job Duties:

• Check the electrical drawings prepared by contractors.
• Make all the electrical surveys tasks& bill of quantities.
• Testing, commissioning & starting of central battery emergency system
• Integrate 3rd party systems onto existing systems
• Control different light control systems (DMX, Dali…Etc.)
• Confer with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential lighting projects and products.
• Lead a group of technicians
• Total responsibility to deliver the central battery to the consultant
• Supervise the installation after training
• Confer with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential lighting projects and products.
• Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Manages and coordinates assigned job quoting activities.
• Determine most cost-effective fit of product to project specifications.
• Meets with vendors/suppliers to build strong and profitable relationships that benefit the company and gives vendors/suppliers incentive to drive more project opportunities to Robertson Electric.
• Maintain proper files for product quotes within company quotations program.
• Communicates critical information to purchasing and field associates that request information pertaining to vendors, products, pricing and competitors.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or communication engineering.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Very good command of excel & word.
• Reliable and hardworking
• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Strong initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time
• Excellent time management/organizational skills with the ability to meet important deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Transportation is provided for the residents who live out of Obour City.
• Friday and Saturday Off.
