Responsibilities
- Maintain the customer life cycle by making phone calls on a daily basis and field visits working with channel partners to understand the customer needs, requirements, and engage them.
- Manage the ongoing projects with the current doctors
- Manage accounts, identify issues, and handle customers.
- Perform effective online demos to customers
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in sales preferred
- Very good command in English written and spoken
- A challenging character who thrive reaching targets
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Industry experience is a plus
