Job Description
Suplift is in the midpoint of an exciting period of growth and expansion. We are looking for Digital marketing superstars to work with us at Suplift. You can be in a certain specialization such as SEO, funnel optimization, email marketing, acquisition, retention, and not necessarily in all.
- Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization
- Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research
- Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand
- Manage tools where appropriate to launch interactive tools and apps benefiting the marketing team’s goals
- Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
- Analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives
- Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing
- Identify industry trends and insights
What you’ll be doing:
- Define the goals, core strategies, and most efficient tactics to drive cost-effective acquisition for customers
- Suggest strategies, goals, and tactics increase retention rates for customers
- Report on KPIs monthly in meeting and identify future opportunities based on the data and analytics
- Work with the other teams to ensure your strategies and plans are communicated with other support functions
- Enhance the growth tool stack, suggesting the optimum collection that is both affordable and brings its ROI
- You will be expected to execute your recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Action-oriented and results-oriented
- Outstanding understanding of e-marketing and delivery of business transformation
- Strong analytical skill
- +2 years of experience as a Marketing Growth expert.
- Proven experience in eCommerce projects from conception to post-delivery, inside the company or as a consultant working on behalf of an e-commerce client
- In-depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
