The role includes the development and execution of a digital strategy, aligned with the overall communications strategy and messaging for the company, the management of conversations in the social community, as well as coordinating the internal communications. The person will work across the various departments and support the digital requirements.
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Manage web analytics for paid and editorial content to discover opportunities for improvement
Will be incharge of database management and creating customer emails
Targeting and Retargetting adverts and campaign
Involve in the SEO and web and online adverts
Enhance, Manage and update the website contents and design regularly
Increase the followers of the social media accounts, increase the people visiting the websites
Prepare plan and calendar for both social and digital campaigns
Content creation to include writing outgoing social messages in content calendar format, blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials. Should be able to develop creative ways to enhance audience engagement
Design the social and digital content
3 D Animation and Video Editing Skills to be used wherever appropriate in terms of content
Continuously improve by capturing, analyzing and reporting the social media, website data/metrics, insights and best practices
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree-New Media/ Digital or a related discipline.
