Digital Account Executive

Job Description

• Generating new business leads and contacting potential clients to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.
• Handling Social media campaigns
• Creating proposals for new projects or contracts, selling ideas to clients, and managing the implementation process to ensure that all details are taken care of
• Managing existing accounts to ensure satisfaction with products and services
• Creating marketing campaigns that use social media, email marketing, mobile marketing,, and other tools to reach customers where they spend time online
• Managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction with services received
• Answer client queries promptly and efficiently
• Foster strong and long-term client relationships

Job Requirements

• BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
• Persuasive, you need to have the ability to close deals
• Demonstrated and presentation skills are excellent
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English is required
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Professional, determined, and results oriented
• Ability to interact effectively with people in various functions and at all levels of the organization.
