Digital Account Executive

Job Description

• Maintain and build strong relationships with key accounts.
• Handle day-to-day activities for assigned E-commerce clients.
• Conduct strategic account planning and market studies.
• Execute tasks based on strategic direction.
• Understand the business objectives, processes, and support the needs of clients and prospects.
• Develops clear and effective proposals/quotations/reports for current and prospective clients.
• Evaluate digital/social media plans according to the client's needs.
• Initiate and lead project meetings.
• Coordinate with the internal teams on delivering the client’s expectations.
• Preparation of sales forecast, market research reports

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business administration or related field.
• Previous experience in digital marketing/account management (2 years).
• Arabic is a plus.
• Proficient in Ms. Office tools, tech-savvy.
• Analytical reporting skills.
• Effective Time Management.
• Well organized.
• Great problem solver.
• Works well in a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong negotiator.
• Paid media certifications are also a plus
