Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users, prepare and maintain daily trouble and status reports recommend and implement corrective solutions, responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Collaborate with IT team members to ensure efficient operation of the organization's Workstation/Network environment.
Receive and respond to incoming calls, e-mails, and/or in person regarding IT Incidents.
Update and maintain IT Department equipment’s inventory.
Maintain and resolve issues on LAN/WAN, VoIP telephones and PDA devices.
Data center room environment optimization and daily maintenance.
Support new branch or distribution center IT equipment establishment.
Handle hardware receiving/disposal and software license tracking.
Plan and manage small to medium size projects.
Train end users when new software or IT equipment arrive at sites.
Repair and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers and PDA devices.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
2-3 years of experience working in a professional platform.
Knowledge of past Help Desk/ Support Ticketing systems is a plus.
Good knowledge of networking and connectivity – DHCP, DNS, Cabling, etc.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and IOS Operating Systems.
Able to work in a team as well as independently.
Able to repair and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers and PDA devices.
