Job Description
- Handle carpet design assignments and prepare designs for production.
- Create new designs and enhance existing designs, chosen color selections.
- Analyse Fashion trends and new techniques.
- Develop innovative product solutions.
- Revise sampling and assist sampling department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering or equivalent.
- +5 years of experience in manufacturing and carpet is must.
- Experience with the carpet design concept, layout, space planning and seaming.
- Extensive knowledge in home décor and fashion-related trends.
- Detailed knowledge of premium carpet.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- Ability to effectively listen and respond to client’s needs, and desires.
