Job Description

Medical duties

• Ensure smooth operational workflow and maintain optimum care delivery of all the patients through both admin and medical sectors.
• Supervise the performance and follow up with medical managers.
• Ensure the conversion of new patients and the maximum achievement of treatment plans.
• Monitoring the previous infection control quality.
• Ensure Patients satisfaction and solving patients problems.

Job Requirements

• Dentist with academic Ph.D. (MD cloud be accepted) and preferred to have Hospital management
• Preferred minimum of 5+ years in hospital management /Centers at a senior level.
• 8 years of experience required at least.
• Background in consulting or process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with scientific leaders in a high-level scientific rapport.
• Strong team player spirit.
• Experience in managing complex budgets/targets.
• Plan and execute hospital goals and collaborate with medical and non-medical staff to achieve these.
• Conduct and supervise the regular quality and compliance checks.
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated and initiative.
