About the Job

• Issuance daily customers reports for the grain quantities loaded out from the site of each vessel, and customs certificate separately according to the reviewing and conformity daily quantities within the silos
• Make a final statement completion vessels amounts of silos for each client individually with matched with data from the port authority and the customs officer and his signature and official seal of the company and officer
• Communicated with vessels agents to issue site official letters for vessel entrance according to port authority requirement and recording vessels quantities on SPS system according to their storage locations
• Daily works with the Customs Authority, the Port Authority through inform them reports of the daily movement of commodity and data on the quantities of commodity customs certificates.
• Follow up program automated link to the port authority (SPS) and customs for reviewing, statistics and conformity quantities of grain inside silos and warehouses.
• Follow-up statement and make a monthly and quarterly statement of stored grains for Customs Authority
• Saving logistics documents according to (RIM) procedure
• Analyze, monitor and follow up on all business logistics team and submitted to logistics supervisor
