Purpose of the Role/Role Overview:
We are searching for a friendly and highly analytical customer service specialist to join our customer care team. In this role, you will answer customer queries and resolve issues via appropriate channels, maintain knowledge of our products and services, obtain customer feedback, and provide training to new hires.
General Duties/Key Responsibilities:
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Meet personal/customer service team sales goals.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Qualifications:

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business administration or related filed. +2 experience in Customer Service. Working in shifts Located in Jeddah Skills & Abilities: Strong communication skill Excellence English language Problem solving & negotiation Exceptional customer service skill Interpersonal skill & aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. Excellent Microsoft office skill ex: excel, word etc Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. The ability to respond appropriately under pressure. Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
