Job Description

  • Answering customers inquires coming from Canada and The United States through various means of communication to reach customer’s satisfaction.
  • Managing inbound calls coming from customers, by using the dialer to help them to subscribe for the magazine, refund money, offers for less money, cancelations and handling complains.
  • Creating tickets through the ticketing system, to submit the customer’s inquiry.
  • Responding to customer’s e-mails and sending the escalated cases to the client to solve the problem and to ensure customer’s satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • University degree ‘’Graduates’’
  • Advanced level of French
  • Very Good English level
  • Computer skills
  • Business writing
  • Communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Microsoft office knowledge
