Duties and responsibilities

  • Response to our clients (influencers) through WhatsApp and phone calls in Arabic .
  • Create and track data on google sheets
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between influencers and the agency.
  • Resolving influencer’s issues and complaints. Developing a complete understanding of the App needs.
  • Train our influencers on listed Application functions and usage.
  • Present and notify about new updates.
  • Responsible for keeping current influencers satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis.
  • Assist in content creation and enhancement for influencers.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 1 - 3 years as an agent
  • Age: 22 to 30 years old
  • Male & female
  • Graduated only
  • Good at English written and understanding
  • High communication and negotiation skills
  • Microsoft office is needed
