Job Description

  • Provide detailed account walkthroughs and assist many new customers with implementation
  • Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers and key stakeholders
  • Educate customers on PayMint tools, capabilities, and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations
  • Ensure customers receive superior service
  • Collaborate with the sales, finance, operations, and Tech teams
  • Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' business and operational objectives
  • Listen carefully to information provided by customers and ask clarifying questions to ensure proper use of PayMint tools
  • Establish strong relationships with new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers
  • Initiate and lead the incident handling process and gather required resources to remediate issues as quickly as possible.
  • Perform system monitoring and act when necessary
  • Provide business impact updates (in verbal and written form)
  • Prepare customer-facing communications for status updates and incident reports
  • Provide required notifications and updates on all incidents within established service levels

Job Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant Operation or Customer onboarding experience preferable in fin-tech, banking or finance industry.
  • Able to commence immediately/ within short notice period.
