- Bocsha is changing how people are consuming fish, thus we are building a customer experience team that advises clients and converts them to the bocsha way!
- Assists with customer advise, orders, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions and advice via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers for retention, feedback and inquiries.
- Extract customer suggestions and present those to management to be implemented.
- Compile reports on consumer behavior and suggest innovations that bocsha can adopt
