Primary Responsibilities
Handle customer questions and advice via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Use telephones to reach out to customers for retention, feedback and inquiries.
Extract customer suggestions and present those to management to be implemented.
Compile reports on consumer behavior and suggest innovations that bocsha can adopt
