CRM Business Analyst

Job Description

• Design, create and automate dashboards, executive summaries and detailed performance reports
• Proactively review and assess performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
• Drive quantitative KPIs and goals derived from business objectives
• Provide in depth analysis of business performance drivers including the identification of emerging trends and growth dynamics

Job Requirements

Qualification/Knowledge/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Business Administration or related field required.
• Previous SFE experience at Pharmaceutical Company is a MUST
• Professional MS-Office knowledge especially Excel advanced capabilities (V Lookup, If Function, Pivot Table, etc.)
