- Computer skills
- 10-15 Years of Experience in Corporate Commercial law.
- Prefer in Manufacturing, Retail & Distribution.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Contract negotiations, vetting and drafting
- Gender : Males only.
- Can Join Immediately.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a corporate lawyer.Registered Lawyer in the syndicate.
- Labor law experience.
- Corporate law experience.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Able to develop & amend various contract types.
- Proven Communication, Organizing, Planning & Reporting Skill.
