Job Description
- Handling client requests through webchat and phone calls.
Job responsibilities:
- Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth.
- Provide client support and handle client communications effectively.
- Maintain existing clients and generate new clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
- Ensure that clients' requests are handled timely and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
- Handling all the communications tools with the clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any discipline
- Excellent command of English is a must
- Customer service background is a must
- Females only
- Rotational Shifts
- Maximum age 29
