Civil Engineering Section Head

Job Description

• Manage Civil projects starting from design phase till closing out according to the approved specs, quality standards and time line.
• Analyzing, plan project requirements and budget with managing project expenditures.
• Overseeing coordination with related teams through regular planning meetings.
• Utilizing project planning tools and techniques to monitor project progress and ensuring completion of all activities. Notifying concerned parties of any deviations or scheduling issues and providing inputs for optimizing resources.
• Evaluate and manage contractors agreements.
• Develop & Improve work procedures in accordance to company quality, health and safety management systems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• From 10 to 15 relevant experience (proven experience in civil projects management is a must).
• Managing projects at Pharmaceutical or Cosmetics industries is preferable.
• Project management studies/certification.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
