Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to personnel filing system.
Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health, and safety etc.
Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development etc.
Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics
Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions
Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
Filing Hiring documents and contracts.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. website, social platforms, and professional networks).
Responsible for on boarding of new employees to become fully integrated
Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
Support at the recruitment process
Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
Monitor orientations and update records of new staff.

Supervising junior and senior staff and scheduling meetings with them.
Job Requirements
Aptitude in problem-solving
Master degree in Human Resources or related
15 years of experience as an HR field
Senior professional in human resources (SPHR) certificate, human resource information
professional (HRIP) certificate or similar may be advantageous.
Experience in both junior and senior HR roles.
Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
Strong planning and organizational skills.
