Drafting of HVACS building services systems in 2D/3D CAD (AutoCAD and other software as demanded by the project) according to the engineering concepts
Creating 2D/3D floor plans as well as detailed plans based on the obtained concepts
Drafting of coordinated and usable HVACS schematics and floor plans based on manufacturer-specific product data appropriate for the project phase and considering the relevant international standards (e.g. ISO, EN, DIN, ÖNORM, VDI)
Creating necessary sections based on the corresponding floor plans
Dimensioning, annotations, layout, creation of title blocks and creation of room stamps
Exporting plans to PDF-format
Self-initiative examination of the provided input and clarification of any unclear points
Project reporting internal and towards customers upon the project communication structure
Monitoring productivity and quality of own and teamwork
Preparation of collision free documentation
Calculation of mass, quantity, costs
Proactive work
Daily time-, project- and task-accurate documentation and allocation of individual working time
Job Requirements
Degree in building services engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
1-3 years of professional experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling and sanitary building services systems modeling
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Familiarity with relevant international standards in the construction industry (e.g. ISO, EN, DIN, ÖNORM, VDI) or high willingness to learn and apply them
Commitment, process-oriented thinking, ability to work in a team as well as independently
Dedicated and accurate way of working
Strong time management skills and ability to deliver on time and in the right quality under pressure
