About the Job
- Responsible for coordinating and developing the company's investment business, proposing opportunities for investment and setting future plans for spreading to the markets.
- Excellent Leasing Experience (to search for best Opportunities in Targeted Shopping Malls).
- Responsible for implementing the plans and programs set for investment and spread in the local markets and working to use the company's resources in a way that ensures the achievement of its goals
- Supervising periodic market studies and trends, preparing and following up on the implementation of recommendations related to opening markets and new branches of the company.
- Supervising and ensuring the continuous updating of the company's various product development process.
