Job Description

Development:

  • Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
  • Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand the business.
  • Competitive analysis.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
  • Network Business partners to generate new leads.

Daily Tasks:

  • Collaborate with marketing & sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them.
  • Writing proposals and specifications.
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed.

Reports:

  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Job Requirements

Techademics Educational Academy is hiring a Business Developer with the following requirements :

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Market knowledge.
  • Solid written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Robust interpersonal skills.
  • Working experience as business development, sales executive, or a relevant role.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and CRM software.
  • Robust interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel in order to see clients, explore new markets, and attend conventions.
