Bartender (Mixologist)

Mixologists serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar patrons. They may serve beer and wine, make classic drinks or create new recipes for cocktails. Mixologists are also responsible for ensuring that their bars run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience during the summer months at North Coast, Egypt.

Required Skills & qualifications:

• 2+ years experience.

• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and classic cocktail knowledge.

• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.

• Experience with working with customers in a busy environment.

• Assisting in all bar preparations required before the operation, ensuring the correct stock is requisitioned, checked and stored in the bar.

• Strong communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems.
