Backend Engineer (Java)

• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
  
• Develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
  
• Record data and report it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.
  
• Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
  
• Collaborate with global engineers in other countries
  

Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience in Java Enterprise
  
• In-depth experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying back-end API across development environments DEV, TEST, STAG & PRODUCTION.
  
• Experience in Server Architecture Design for handling massive traffic &Cloud-based, Containerized application development
  
• Deep knowledge & experienced in Object-Oriented programming & applying Design Patterns.
  
• Experience in Web Development using Spring/ Spring Boot framework
  
• Experience in constructing & operating storage in Large Data Distributed Environments (MySQL, Hadoop, HBase, Redis, MongoDB)
  
• Experience in Data Structure, Algorithm, Distributed Service. Experienced in merging, branching source code using a distributed VCS such as GIT, BitBucket, SourceTree etc.
  
• Experienced in System Analysis & Design, n-Tier Architecture, Micro Service Architecture is a PLUS
  
• Good at communication skills in general and English
