Review the notices of merchandise returns from customers and ascertain the extent of compliance with the return rates and the terms of accepting returns in light of the announced policies approved by the executive management. Reviewing receipts from clients and ensuring compliance with the dates, terms and methods of payment in light of the credit policy approved by the executive management. Ensuring the periodic update of customer data according to the results of actual customer visits in the market and the updated and documented documents.
