Supervises and follows up on the entire scope(s) of responsibility communication activities including but not limited to: BTL branded material, ATL activities, on-ground events, launch events, social & digital media and PR
Follows up on the donations achieved for campaigns of responsibility
Submits & assist in the development of all necessary reporting documents including but not limited to: closeout reports, campaigns/projects CPSs, weekly/monthly/yearly calendar, briefs, etc…
Supervises and closely coordinates with service providers, namely media & creative agencies and any other service provider
Strongly align internally with scope(s) of responsibility and circulate information internally within marketing department or externally with agencies
Oversees & reviews media plans of respective projects/campaigns and follow up on their performance with media
