Job Description

• Assist Operations Manager insupervisingdaily operations of organization.
• Addressoperational issuesand concerns in a timely fashion.
• Supervise operations teamto ensure operational excellence and excellent customer services.
• Develop and maintainoperational guidelines for staffs.
• Overseeoperational cost, risk and audit activities.
• Determinestaffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects.
• Perform routinemaintenance and repair works for equipment.
• Maintain the facility clean, safe and organized.
• Evaluate inspection reports and service tickets and prepare repair invoices.
• Coordinate with General Manager in differentoperational issues and promotional activities.
• Evaluate current operational strategies andrecommend improvements.
• Generateoperational reports for managementas needed.

Job Requirements

• Experience in construction
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Excellent in Microsoft Office "Word - Excel"
• Work under pressure.
• Having a high sense of responsibility.
• Have more Than 3 Years In The Same Filed
