Job Description

• (Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing) Tender, cost estimation, Site Supervision
• Accomplish prices studies by sending direct consultation (RfQ) to suppliers of equipment's
  analyzing and validate the consulted supplier’s offers and fulfill the comparative offers table
• Optimizing the costs by direct negotiation with suppliers & subcontractors.
• Selecting the suppliers according to theirs qualification to satisfy Client requirements
• Performing the cost estimation lists for the offer in concordance with parts lists received from the Design Engineering
• Estimates costs for engineering projects based on an analysis of project technical requirements. Collects and analyzes all project costs, including raw materials, labor, equipment and tooling to ensure estimates are accurate.
• Identifies and quantifies potential cost uncertainties to ensure costing models capture the full range of potential costs.
• Updates costs as necessary based on new information and project scope changes.
• Requires interface with project management, engineering, and procurement departments.
• Site visits to gather information on materials needed, labor required, and other factors.
• Managing the preparation of proposals for a range of bespoke products by coordinating the activities of the Sales & Engineering Terms.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in tendering and 5-7 years of experience over all
• Detailed Oriented
• High communication & negotiation skills
• Team player
