Schedule and supervise daily projects activities in accordance with job schedules and projects scopes of work
Ensure that work is in compliance with City or County requirements and building codes
Plan and schedule all construction activities on projects from start to finish
Conduct pre-construction meeting with the customer and oversee the construction, inspection and scheduling of the entire project using inspection forms, plans and procedures
Maintain records of all change orders and/or purchase orders regarding the project
Approve projects invoices upon satisfactory completion of the job.
Provide projects feedback to Executive Directorconcerning the project's timelines and details.
Inspect each project ensuring that the work is done to specifications
Coordinate municipality inspectors to ensure timely approvals of development phases
Provide initial and ongoing training to the construction team regarding warranty issues, scheduling, projects supervision, quality control, price negotiations and company policies
Communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in written correspondence
