Advertising Production Manager

The company needs a production manager specializing in marketing, advertising and party management activities with at least 5 years of experience - preferably someone who owns a car

Functional tasks:

First: organizing and managing corporate parties
Interviewing clients and getting acquainted with party specifications and client needs.
Coordination with 3D graphic designers to design party decorations and prepare concert implementation proposals for presentation to the client.
Preparing production assays and raw materials and dealing with suppliers and manufacturing workshops.
Monitoring the production process and manufacturing quality.
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the ceremony’s decoration and its construction in the venue (hotel / mall ... etc.) with suppliers, workers and craftsmen.
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of sound and lighting equipment in accordance with the specifications required by the customer.

publicity and announcement:

Interviewing clients, learning about their needs, and coordinating work orders with colleagues.
Monitor and follow up the implementation of print orders and ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Dealing with suppliers and printers periodically.
Coordination and follow-up:

Coordination with coworkers and various production elements from inside or outside the company.
Preparing and reviewing the assays with the competent director, the financial department and the procurement department
