Administration Supervisor

Job Description

• Check facilities and administrative building territories to ensure it is aligned with company's policies and to maintain company's premises and ensure on work interruptions.
• Monitor and check housekeeping, landscaping, and office boy, office equipment to ensure it is aligned with quality standards and to ensure effective smooth operations.
• Receive and store materials used in cleaning and other stuff related to toiletries to be used as required to ensure proper work operation and maintain company's image.
• Communicate with service providers to ensure quality standards.
• Follow up any employee's maintenance request till its repair.
• Visit sites as needed to ensure aligning with company's standards.
• Develop reports to reveal achieved vs. planned objectives to be submitted to direct manager.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirements

• Experience Needed: 5 - 7 Years
• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
