Job Description
- Support in developing and implementing plans and processes to ensure the optimum run of all administrative services.
- Handle communication and build a strong relationship with governmental authorities.
- Supervise the maintenance, and licensing of the company’s vehicles, and ensure the optimum use of the vehicles.
- Supervise and communicate with the external services providers.
- Extraction of all licenses and permits for the company.
- Scrap management.
- Company restaurant and catering management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Min. 8 years of experience in Admin Services
- Negotiation Skills.
- Strong leadership skills & follow-up skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiar with dynamic and rapidly changing work nature.
