Plan and manage the day to day administration functions in the company by improving the established Administrative policies and procedures and lead staff members with providing coaching and guidance to ensure that facilities, maintenance and other administrative services are provided in a maximum of smooth and efficiency.
Develop, review and streamline service policies, guidelines and regulations following the policies.
Preparing and monitoring the annual budget for all admin services and expenses.
Managing the Security and Health and Safety Departments to provide a safety and secured work environment with all legal documents and permissions.
Reviewing the Company utilities and make the energy usage analyses to finding all saving and cost reduction ways.
Conduct and organize company events with other department.
Handle urgent projects as required.
Manage facilities and maintenance services – renovations, furnishing, landscaping and housekeeping (cleaning – pest control) in the company site in purpose to ensure that reflect the company’s image and environment to both employees and visitors.
