Job Description
An Administration Assistant is required for a Construction Company with the following criteria:
- Working hours: 8hrs (From 9 am to 5 pm). Day off: Friday and Saturday.
- Answer phones, file, copy, order supplies, sort mail, relay messages, compose correspondence.
- Schedule meetings
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Deal with sub-contractor documents.
- Prepare tender submission documents
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Presentable
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
