Main duties and responsibilities

- Manage the Dean's schedule, ensuring a timely response to meetings; schedule meetings requested by the Dean, gather information needed for meetings.
- Handle associated logistics and prepare meeting materials and background briefings
- Prepare and manage a high volume of correspondence, reports and documents.
- Work on developing and maintaining systems and procedures that ensure the most professional and efficient functioning of the Dean's office.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders who may be involved at any of the related tasks
- Assist in reviewing and implements University policies as they pertain to the administrative functions.
- File the required documents, and following up on pending tasks.
- Making good relations with all managers and colleagues while taking into consideration their different cultures.
- Sensitive to confidential matters.
- Carry out any other appropriate and relevant duties as the work may require.
Job Requirements
